It’s great that often there doesn’t even need to be a direct link, but it is created automatically via a keyword, such as the word accommodation or the name of the hotel.

Easy integration without technical knowledge

Installing Stay22 is simple – just insert a short script into the header of the website. You can do this in the WordPress administration. In the left menu, click on Appearance – File editor and insert the script into the header.php file before the word </head>. It looks something like this.

Don’t forget to clear the cache for the changes to take effect if you are using a caching program like WP Rocket or WP Fastest Cache. From this moment on, all existing links will automatically be converted to affiliate links.

The script will be sent to you after registering with the system. But it can also be generated, as I will describe below.

For many years I have been using link shorteners via the PrettyLink plugin. The visitor also gets to Booking through it, but does not use LMA. It was enough just to write to support and even on the weekend I had it up and running within a few hours, I just replaced the original script. This is what customer support should look like!!!

Interactive maps for a better user experience

The MAP function allows you to insert interactive maps with current accommodation prices directly into articles. I’m trying out the maps, but so far I still find a direct link in the text better.

When I started with the program, I also had many questions and they always answered me the same day. So for me, I can definitely praise it, it’s a shame that other programs don’t work like this regarding customer support. Even the Czech ones…

On the home page you can see the total earnings this month, how many bookings there were, the average amount per booking and how many nights people book on average. Below this information you can see a graph.

Bookings

Here you can see the total amount you have earned and also how many bookings you have had in total. At the end of the page is a list of bookings, not only accommodation, but also car rentals or flights.

Analytics

This category is for all lovers of numbers and graphs. There is even more detailed information than in the surrounding categories.

Manage my maps

This section will be the second most used. You can generate a map and then insert it into the pages. You will see not only a point of interest, which can be a city or an interesting place. But mainly hotels including prices will be displayed in the vicinity of that place. Then the path to conversion can be quite fast.

Even if you put the script into the code of the pages and basically “you’re done”, this category is also important.

Find the city, hotel, apartment or pension you want to link to on the Booking website and insert its URL address here. Don’t forget to fill in the campaign description (label) and click on Generate.

A link will be created (Your Allez link) and then you insert it into the page to a specific place. For example, you have an article on what to see in Paris, so you generate all the accommodation in this city and link to the word Accommodation in Paris. It is also possible to link directly to a specific hotel where you stayed and you can describe your own experiences.

Unlike Booking, Stay22 uses the generated link to direct you to a list of hotels, not just the one, which may often be unavailable. This is another advantage of this system.

Settings

Settings of your profile. Here you can see your first name, last name, e-mail, information about your company, field.

In this category, the most important is the Affiliate ID, which is the code under which all bookings are made (most often it is your full name, but I have also seen the name of the website).

Then you can see the percentage amount that Stay 22 takes (30%). On this page you can also invite a new member who is interested in this commission system, just enter their e-mail.

Finally, I will add one tip for all of you who have Adsense and similar ads on your website.

All links open in a new window. So if you use Adsense, you can leave it on the pages, because after clicking on the accommodation link, a new window will open and the visitor can book it here.
